Yesterday morning hubby called in sick, was absolutely miserable. I took out my soup pot, added mixed vegetables including collard greens, seasoned and grilled chicken I froze, and accidentally cut the tip of my finger on a can. I may have also put intentions in the soup. Love , happiness, health and after a bowl hubby was bright eyed and bushy tailed. Went back to work today. So in all lesson-is, Soup is witchcraft

Wow! Good job! I should say I have done a little Fiona Good from time to time when there wasn't such a "loving"atmosphere in the house..that seemed to help also.
